Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable, customer payments, and collections activities. Proactively contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue balances. Monitor AR aging reports and customer credit limits. Process payments, apply cash, and maintain accurate account records. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to support collection efforts. Assist with month-end reporting and AR reconciliation activities. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related accounting function. Strong communication skills and confidence making outbound collection calls. Experience with cash application, account reconciliation, and AR aging. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. ERP system experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
