Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using critical thinking and individualized care strategies. Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, respecting cultural diversity. Ensure accurate documentation and coordinate care delivery within a collaborative team environment. Support quality improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practice. Mentor and serve as a preceptor for other nursing staff to foster professional growth. Develop protocols and participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and ongoing competency requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience. Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies. Proficiency in clinical technology and basic computer skills.
