Why This AR Specialist Opportunity Stands Out Hybrid flexibility after training (3 days onsite / 2 remote) High-impact role supporting multiple divisions and revenue streams Work closely with leadership — Accounting Manager promoted internally Fast-paced environment ideal for driven, high-performing professionals Strong exposure to billing, cash application, and contract accounting Be part of a mission-driven organization focused on sustainability and innovation Key Responsibilities For The AR Specialist / Billing Specialist Process 50-70 invoices daily across multiple divisions Perform cash application and reconcile customer accounts Handle credit memos, RMAs, and customer credit applications Monitor accounts for non-payment, discrepancies, and delayed payments Prepare receivables reports and support billing issue resolution Qualifications For The AR Specialist / Billing Specialist 5-7 years of AR/billing experience in a fast-paced environment Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Experience with high-volume invoicing and cash applications Bachelor’s degree preferred
