Senior Financial Services Paralegal

I’m partnering with a highly sophisticated, technology-driven financial services organization to identify a Senior Paralegal to join their in‑house legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters within a fast‑paced and highly collaborative environment. What you’ll be involved in: Supporting SEC, FINRA, and regulatory compliance initiatives Managing KYC/AML processes and related workflows Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, vendor, licensing) Assisting with corporate governance and entity management Supporting due diligence, audits, and internal policy development Partnering closely with Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams What they’re looking for: 10+ years of AMLaw or financial services/corporate paralegal experience Strong background in regulatory compliance, contracts, and governance Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Exposure to fintech, data privacy, or cybersecurity is a plus.
