Temporary Project Associate – Envelope Stuffing

About the Opportunity

Vaco is hiring Temporary Project Associates to assist one of our clients with a one-month envelope stuffing and mailing project . This is a great short-term opportunity for dependable individuals who are comfortable with repetitive tasks and can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for mailing
• Fold, organize, and insert documents into envelopes
• Ensure the correct materials are included in each envelope
• Seal, label, and sort completed envelopes
• Organize materials according to established procedures
• Maintain accuracy while working at a consistent pace
• Meet daily production expectations
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Assist with other project-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a production-oriented, team environment
• Ability to maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy

Assignment Details

• Temporary assignment lasting approximately one month
• Full-time schedule
• 100% onsite
• Immediate availability preferred
