Pay or shift range: $24 USD to $26 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. What You Will Do: Generate authorization, failed revenue and eligibility reports on a day-to-day basis to proactively manage the front-end revenue cycle. Implement, monitor and maintain prior authorization and ensures authorizations are obtained in accordance with the insurance timely filing deadlines and entered correctly into EHR system. Work with program staff to obtain authorization for additional visits as needed to eliminate or minimize non-covered services. Enter all changes to client date, including demographic and insurance information into Carelogic with a high degree of accuracy, correcting any errors. Collaborate with appropriate program or department staff to resolve problematic trends, errors generated within the EHR or to communicate on clinical data required to obtain approved authorization. Who you are: High school diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of related experience required. Ability to schedule, meet and maintain daily and monthly routines, as well as preserve the integrity of the EHR. Familiarity with mental health and substance use billing guidelines.
