Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a Proposal Coordinator.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses for Wilson Language Training’s (WLT) curricula, assessments, and professional learning to district and state-level Requests for Proposals, State Instructional Materials Adoptions, reviews, and similar initiatives. It requires strong collaboration and teamwork skills in coordinating and communicating across various teams in a quick-moving, deadline-driven environment. Attention to detail to ensure proposals/submissions are of high quality, accurate, and responsive to requirements is critical.

Essential Job Functions:

• Identifies, tracks and prioritizes upcoming submission opportunities aligning with WLT’s products and services using various procurement systems.
• Supports management of Content Library and develops new proposal content in collaboration with subject matter experts and Proposal Director.
• Provides administrative support on Proposals (draft, edit, and format proposal sections, complete forms and manage online submission portals, create program review sites, compliance checks, proofreading, etc.)
• Maintains databases of past submissions and reference materials.
• Assists with alignment matrices mapping WLT curricula/assessments to state academic standards.
• Tracks award/no-award outcomes and supports debrief or lessons-learned documentation to inform future submissions.
• Stays current on all WLT program and professional learning developments, updates, and revisions.
• Understands and displays WLT’s values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Skills:

• Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office Suite of products, including SharePoint online
• Advanced skill with Adobe Acrobat, and other office technology.
• Experience using proposal management software and tools (e.g. Loopio, Qvidian) Responsive) to manage content and create proposals.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven, high-pressure RFP environment.
• Understanding of best practices in literacy instruction and teacher training/professional learning practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive documents and information and maintain confidentiality to protect the company.

Education or Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience with government RFPs and proposals. (K-12 Education experience preferred)

Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay, and allocation between base and any target discretionary bonus, will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations. Anticipated Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000
