HighlightsJob NumberBH_505512LocationRio Rancho, NMDate PostedJul 28, 2026Start DateImmediatelyJob TypeTemporary/ContractDescriptionCome create your career with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring a Commercial Operations Sales Manager in Rio Rancho NM.As a Commercial Operations Sales Manager you will:Manage contract updates, amendments, terminations, term sheets, and customer, representative, and supplier agreementsDevelop, document, train, and oversee sales and business development processes and protocolsAdminister onboarding and offboarding activities for sales managers, representatives, distributors, and business partnersManage RFQ and bid responses, tracking, and reportingSupport customer and partner visits and coordinate follow-up actionsMaintain CRM, ERP, customer, product, agreement, and campaign databasesServe as the subject matter expert for ERP systems supporting Sales, Business Development, and Marketing functionsAnalyze data and create reports to support management decision-makingOversee customer surveys, dashboards, KPI reporting, and program reviewsCoordinate administrative support activities for account managers and sales teamsSupport sales leadership with order management, invoicing, customer escalations, and special transactionsAdminister customer rewards and retention programsCoordinate pricing lists, revision control, marketing collateral, technical documentation, customer approvals, and specificationsIdentify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts and support account expansion strategiesAnalyze CRM, ERP, transaction history, repair activity, quotes, and operational data to uncover revenue opportunitiesLead revenue recovery and account penetration initiativesMonitor customer purchasing trends and competitive activityMaintain opportunity tracking systems, KPI dashboards, and sales performance reportsCoordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teamsThis is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.Commercial Operations Sales Manager candidates must meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business development, customer support, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of CRM, ERP, quoting, sales operations, and customer relationship management systemsExcellent analytical, business intelligence, and reporting skillsExperience creating and managing KPIs, dashboards, sales metrics, and performance reportsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with multiple departmentsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookStrong problem-solving, process improvement, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgmentAerospace, aviation aftermarket, MRO, or other highly regulated B2B industry experience preferredMust successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checksPay for this position is $26.44-$31.25/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
