Description:
The position is for a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.
The shift is a night shift, working four 12-hour shifts.
The registered nurse will have a patient ratio of 1:12.
There will be support from a team including 2 PCC, 2 LPN, and 2 RN.
First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.
Weekend work may be required as needed.
Block scheduling is not available, but weekend block may be considered and discussed during the interview.
Travelers must be located outside of a 100-mile radius to be considered for the role.
Pending licenses are not accepted; all candidates must be in compliance with guidelines.
All requested time off must be included at the time of submission; no requests will be accepted afterward.
Candidates are required to have a driver's license submitted with their application.
Experience in trauma settings and previous charge experience is preferred.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty area.
Prior travel experience is required, along with completion of previous assignments.
Candidates must be willing to work during the end-of-year holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
Travelers can be floated between similar units.
The facility has strict compliance protocols, and candidates should meet all requirements prior to application.
