Job Description:


The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of positions while partnering with hiring managers to support ongoing staffing needs. This role will source candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and support new hires through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruiting process from initial requisition through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop job requirements, and determine appropriate recruiting strategies.
• Create and post job opportunities across relevant recruiting platforms.
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate applicants based on position requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate background checks, pre-employment physicals, and other required steps throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain active talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, community organizations, and other talent sources.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and follow-through with hiring managers and candidates.
• Support new hires through the onboarding process and help ensure a positive transition into the organization.
• Utilize recruiting and HR systems to maintain accurate candidate and hiring information.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across a variety of functions, including manufacturing, technical, administrative, sales, and professional/executive positions.
• High-volume recruiting and requisition management experience.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong follow-through and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
