Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a licensed and certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our experienced, collaborative team focused on the evaluation and surgical treatment of hip and knee arthritis. This is a full-time, salaried position offering a balanced mix of clinic, operating room, and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Work approximately 40 hours per week across clinic, OR, and administrative settings

Evaluate and treat patients with hip and knee arthritis

Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures

Perform preoperative evaluations, patient education, and clinical documentation

Present cases efficiently during weekly care conferences

Order and interpret diagnostic studies

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of California

National Physician Assistant Certification

Active individual DEA license (Schedule II-V)

Benefits: Salaried position

Competitive salary commensurate with experience: $142,000-$200,000+

Shared call with MDs and three PAs

No hospital or ER call - coverage limited to practice patients only
