Business Developer / BDR-Amarillo, TX

Position Overview: Generate new staffing business through B2B prospecting, cold calling, face-to-face sales, networking, and consultative selling, with a target of approximately two new clients per week. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify new business opportunities. Make 120 sales calls per week, including 100 face-to-face visits. Conduct at least 60 decision-maker conversations and 5 strategic appointments weekly. Manage and maintain the sales pipeline. Develop territory and account plans. Build client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with Employment Specialists to fulfill job orders. Requirements At least 1 year of B2B sales/business development experience. Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills. Strong communication and persistence. Consultative selling skills.
