ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I'm a proud College of the Ozarks graduate with a B.S. in Business and bring 14 years of State Farm experience into how I lead and serve our customers. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time golfing with my husband and staying active in the community through my work as a Mercy Hospital Board Member and a member of the Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Serena Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
