Site Administrator III

Position Location This position is located onsite in San Diego, California. Job Overview Under direction of the Task Order Manager, the incumbent will provide daily administrative and program support, interacting professionally with contractors, vendors, and corporate staff. The incumbent will coordinate work across multiple task orders, prepare reports and summaries, and verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness. Essential Job Duties Able to perform a variety of tasks in a single day across multiple task orders. Plan, organize work, and meet all deadlines; assist with meeting planning, employee needs, and safety coordination. Originate necessary documents, forms, reports, etc. and query computer work systems to extract relevant information concerning projects, materials, or services. Make arrangements for meetings, attend meetings as required, and report on the proceedings. Ensure timely submission of required reports to the customer and supervisory staff. Utilize a module of an automated work management system to perform duties that interface with other key users. Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly observed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision. Accountable for meeting safety performance standards and completing all work safely. Responsible for the timely reporting of accidents, injuries, near‑miss, and hazardous situations. Significant data entry, record keeping, filing, and organization of information required. Assist in managing regional fleet vehicles and equipment, including preventive maintenance, scheduling services, vehicle tracking, repairs, etc. Job Requirements Mandatory Minimum three (3) years of experience in administrative and office duties. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access or equivalent software. Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent organizational skills. Mature judgment and ability to work with little or no supervision. United States citizen or eligible to work in the United States. Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience working with Dayforce. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills. Office management experience. Understanding of government contracts, procurement, reports, correspondence, and records. Working Conditions Work is performed mostly indoors. Work hours are subject to change, with overtime work as needed. Employee may be subject to hazards that may cause personal bodily harm; diseases, cuts, bruises, burns, common colds, influenza, dust, odors, and elevated noise levels. While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk for long periods, sit, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision. Physical Requirements Work is typically sedentary in an office setting. Incumbent should be able to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, see, walk, talk, hear, and write.
