Project Superintendent

Experience: Senior Level Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year Job Details Oversee, manage, and mentor field staff on project. Develop and implement site logistics plan. Manage and coordinate all trade partners including scheduling and scope of work. Develop construction schedules, maintain regular updates, and provide solutions for new activities and impacts. Requirements 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience, including $20M+ projects. OSHA certification and the ability to read and interpret technical specs and architectural drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix). Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
