Automotive Sales Consultant: KIA We are an exciting new Kia dealership located in the rapidly growing community of Southaven, MS, and we’re building our sales team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up while representing one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the industry. About the Role As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will deliver a modern, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience. You’ll help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle while building long-term relationships in our community. Paperwork not your thing? You're perfect for us; we have embraced the digital lifestyle and have laptops and tablets for every salesperson. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist customers in person, online, and by phone * Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives * Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle * Build trust and long-term customer relationships * Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and referrals * Maintain knowledge of Kia products, features, and incentives * Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM notes What We’re Looking For * Automotive sales experience strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidates * Strong communication and people skills * High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Join Us? * Be part of a brand-new dealership with growth opportunities * Represent an exciting and innovative automotive brand (Kia) * Competitive pay plan with strong commission potential.
