Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant

Automotive Sales Consultant: KIA We are an exciting new Kia dealership located in the rapidly growing community of Southaven, MS, and we're building our sales team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up while representing one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the industry.
About the Role As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will deliver a modern, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience. You'll help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle while building long-term relationships in our community. Paperwork not your thing? You're perfect for us; we have embraced the digital lifestyle and have laptops and tablets for every salesperson.
Key Responsibilities
About the Role As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will deliver a modern, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience. You'll help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle while building long-term relationships in our community. Paperwork not your thing? You're perfect for us; we have embraced the digital lifestyle and have laptops and tablets for every salesperson.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in person, online, and by phone
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and referrals
- Maintain knowledge of Kia products, features, and incentives
- Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM notes
- Automotive sales experience strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidates
- Strong communication and people skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
