Deputy Project Manager - Aviation

Providing financial oversight for large-scale capital improvement programs, the remote Deputy Project Manager - Aviation will manage program budgets, verify project costs, and ensure compliance with contract requirements for corporate and aviation clients. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain overall program budgets, including architectural/engineering consultants and contractor costs Verify and reconcile project costs against client systems, developing monthly cash flow models Review pay applications for compliance with contract terms and track contractor buy-out and cost adjustments Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 10 years of direct experience with project controls, financial controls, accounting, and/or construction cost management required Experience supporting construction or engineering projects preferred Knowledge of pay application review and cost control best practices preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
