Accounts Receivable Coordinator-Full Time Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, 2100 Costa Del Mar Road, Carlsbad, California, United States of America Overview The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for compiling and billing of group, individual and member accounts at the direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and/or Accounting Manager(s). Accounts Receivable billing and reconciliation is to be completed in a timely and accurate manner and should reflect a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities Answer phone and e-mail quest billing inquiries Gift cards inquiries: redemption, replacement, and tracking Verification of charges to folio and banquet event orders. Verification of charges to the group resume. Meeting with group contacts and attending precons. Sorting, filing and pulling of charges. Verification of charges to member accounts. Posting charges or credits in a timely manner. Preparing of final invoice for mailing. Handling member billing questions/adjustments. Posting payments.Balance daily charges. Qualifications High School graduate, one year accounting or related field experience required. Customer service experience helpful. Must have a working knowledge of computer software i.e.: Windows, Excel, Word etc. Must have a working knowledge of a ten key calculator, computer, credit card authorization machine, telephone, fax and other office equipment.
