Location: Ashton, MD 20861
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are a growing organization dedicated to helping children with autism receive the services and support they need to thrive. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Outreach Coordinator to help expand our presence in the community and connect more families with our services.

• Build relationships with schools, healthcare providers, pediatricians, therapists, and community organizations.

• Promote our autism support services throughout Ashton and surrounding areas.

• Develop outreach and marketing strategies to grow our client base.

• Attend community events, resource fairs, and networking opportunities.

• Follow up with referrals and maintain strong community partnerships.

• Represent our organization professionally and enthusiastically.

• Help families learn about available services and guide them through the referral process.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Friendly, personable, and comfortable networking with professionals and families.

• Experience in outreach, marketing, sales, community engagement, or healthcare preferred.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Passion for helping children and families.

• Experience working with autism services, special education, healthcare, or behavioral health is a plus.
