Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to newborns in a critical care environment, ensuring the best outcomes for patients and their families.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent nursing experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification.
  • Experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last 10 years.
Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct patient care to critically ill neonates.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitoring and assessing patient status, including vital signs and laboratory results.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educating families about patient care and health management.
