Job Details

Prestigious full service law firm is seeking a real estate attorney to join the Texas office!

What you will do

• Draft purchase and sale agreements; conduct title and survey review; draft leases; provide legal counsel
• Communicate with sophisticated clients
• Work independently while also collaborating with other team members

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in transactional real estate law ideally with a large law firm
• Experience with leasing and purchase and sale agreements
• Top tier credentials and active license with State Bar of Texas
