Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Westview Health Care Center in Dayville, CT is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor resident conditions, and accurately document in the medical record. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will support care plans, communicate with residents and families, and uphold standards of dignity, safety, and infection control.
