Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in our facility located in Fort Wayne, IN, 46809. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock availability.
Analyze operational performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Qualifications

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in warehouse management or operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience using SAP software a plus.
