Job Details:- Job Title: Scrum Master Location: New York, NY 10010 Duration: Fulltime Hire with Client TCS Salary Range: $110000 - $135000 a year + benefits Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in an enterprise Agile environment. Hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery practices. Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning. Strong proficiency with JIRA and Confluence. Experience tracking Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, sprint predictability, and impediment resolution. Ability to coach cross-functional teams toward self-management and continuous improvement. Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog readiness, prioritization, and refinement. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Experience working with Data teams. Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams and participate in Scrum of Scrums. #J-18808-Ljbffr
