Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, ventilator management, and hemodynamic support
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; adjust care plans with the care team
- Perform thorough patient assessments, document in the electronic medical record, and escalate changes promptly
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and support staff; participate in rounds
- Respond to medical emergencies; initiate rapid assessment and escalation as needed
- Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and discharge planning

Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia
- ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity inpatient setting
- Ability to complete onboarding requirements and competency checks as part of the assignment
