Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (English/Spanish) Phoenix, AZ | Onsite Contract-to-Hire Opportunity $23-$24/hour A growing organization is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately Maintain employee records and update HR systems while handling sensitive information with confidentiality Assist with employment-related transactions, including status changes, separations, and compliance documentation Respond to employee questions and provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team Prepare reports, manage spreadsheets, and support HR projects and employee programs.
