If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and growing your career, Bergstrom is the place for you!What You'll DoInspect damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and provide accurate, detailed estimates for repair costs.Work closely with guests to explain the repair process and provide clear and transparent pricing.Collaborate with the Body Shop team, including technicians and management, to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.Communicate with insurance adjusters to ensure all damage is documented and repairs are covered.Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and industry standards.Review repair orders, tracking and verifying that estimates and work orders align with the approved repairs.Keep accurate records of estimates, vehicle repairs, and communication with insurance companies.Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, updating guests on progress, and ensuring a smooth repair process.Schedule: Monday-Friday rotating schedule 7:00-4:00 and 8:00-5:30 Pay consists of a base salary plus performance bonus - experienced and qualified candidates can expect to earn $70,000-$80,000+ per year.
