We offer steady work, opportunities to increase your earnings, and room to grow within the company.ResponsibilitiesPerform residential and commercial painting projectsComplete surface preparation, including sanding, masking, scraping, caulking, patching, and cleaningPaint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment when applicableMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesProtect customer property and finished surfacesCommunicate professionally with team members, customers, and supervisorsFollow company safety guidelines and quality standardsWork efficiently while maintaining high-quality resultsComplete assigned work within expected timeframesAssist with other job-related tasks as neededRequirementsMinimum 2 years of professional painting experience requiredStrong knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting practicesProficient with brush and roller applicationExperience with surface preparation and proper painting techniquesReliable transportation to and from job sites dailyAbility to work overtime, especially during the peak summer seasonComfortable working on ladders and in active job site environmentsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs., bend, reach, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workdayStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceGood communication and customer-service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional appearance and attitudeStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipBilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not requiredPreferred Skills – Starting Pay ConsideredAirless or HVLP spray experienceAdvanced brush and roll skillsStrong surface preparation skillsKnowledge of paints, coatings, primers, and application methodsExperience working with different surfaces and substratesCrew leadership or training experienceAbility to troubleshoot job-site issues and work independentlyWho This Role Is Great ForIf you take pride in your craftsmanship, work well with customers and coworkers, and are looking to grow with a company that values quality and its employees, we want to hear from you.
