Human Resources Coordinator

What You’ll Do Coordinate onboarding through Paylocity, including offer letters, new hire setup, and onboarding workflows. Manage background checks through Checkr and ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity. Process employee changes (status updates, pay changes, promotions, terminations). Track and follow up on time-off requests and approvals. Respond to employee HR inquiries and support the HR Manager/management team. Maintain organized documentation, including notes to file and employee records. Other tasks as needed. Growth & Development Responsibilities Assist with payroll preparation, audits, and reporting across multiple entities. Support benefits administration and employee questions. Help draft HR communications, policies, and updates. Assist with employee relations documentation and investigations. Track compliance items across multiple states. What Will Set You Apart Experience supporting multi-location or multi-state teams. Exposure to payroll or benefits administration. Interest in growing into an HR Generalist role. Experience with an HRIS system (Paylocity preferred). Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and professionalism. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
