Required Skills & Experience: Current P&C license (property and casualty - commercial lines). 3+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment). 1+ years accepted if it was in the insurance space. Bachelor's degree/Associates degree in Business Administration or related field (if lacking CSR experience). Current P&C license (property and casualty) (San Antonio only). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent conflict resolution skills. Sales and customer service skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Job Description: One of our clients in the Insurance Industry is looking for Insurance Customer Services Representatives to work onsite in Pittston, PA, Omaha, NE and San Antonio, TX. You will be responsible for delivering industry-leading service by ensuring the timely and accurate entry of all inbound leads. As a Customer Service Representative, your role involves handling inbound calls, directly engaging with small business owners. You will assist them with their existing policies and provide recommendations for new policies they may wish to purchase. You'll work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high service standards while contributing to a supportive and team-focused culture. This position can pay $21.47.
