IM Solutions is searching for an Audio Visual Installation Manager/Project Executive responsible for overseeing and coordinating the AV/IT Installation department (design, installation, service and purchasing) with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven background in audio-visual systems and construction, an entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to upholding our company's core values.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple commercial AV/IT installation projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution from project kickoff through completion.Lead and manage the Installation department team in achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals through accountability, coaching, and performance management.Coordinate, prioritize, and allocate personnel, equipment, and project resources to support efficient project execution and on-time delivery.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and labor resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate project status to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.Build, develop, and lead high-performing installation teams by fostering professional growth, accountability, technical excellence, and ongoing training.Support continuous process improvement by implementing and adhering to EOS processes, operational workflows, and performance metrics.Required Qualifications:4+ years of superviory or management role coordinating installers, subcontractors and clients10+ years of experience in Audio Visual installation and construction methodology experienceCTS or CTS-I certification (preferred)Must have a strong understanding of Audio Visual and low voltage systemsMust have a strong understanding of IT networks and standardsCoordinate with the Project Engineer to fully understand project scope of work and resolve any site challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirementsProficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS OfficeKnowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilitiesProject Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferredTo Achieve Top-Level Success, You Will Need To:Support, contribute, and comply with the company's entrepreneurs operating system (EOS)Align with the Core Values of IM SolutionsWork well under pressure and maintain the highest standards of integrity and teamsmanshipIM Solutions Core Values AlignmentLife-Long Learning - Personal commitment in learning inspires us to continually growOthers Focused - Building strong realationships with team, customers and communityPositivity - Positive thinking will give us positive resultsSolutionist - Passionate and reliable problem solving is in our DNAIf your personal core values align with ours, you can find success at IM Solutions.
