Position Summary

• Source and attract prospective candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate evaluations, phone screenings, and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Work closely with business development and client-facing teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
• Build and maintain professional networks to generate candidate referrals and market intelligence.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate databases.
• Support team recruiting initiatives and contribute to achieving hiring and placement objectives.
• Participate in local networking events, community outreach programs, and professional development activities.

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or other client-facing environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, fast-paced setting.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and detail-oriented.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exposure to recruiting, staffing, human resources, or sales environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking systems.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms and recruitment tools quickly.
• Strong interest in career advancement within recruiting, talent acquisition, or business development.

This position operates in a collaborative office environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and results. Employees utilize applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, CRM tools, and standard business software to manage recruitment activities, maintain candidate pipelines, and support client hiring goals.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hebron, KY.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $45000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
