Role Description The Residential Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sterling Heights, MI, responsible for the day-to-day management of a newly constructed apartment community within the Gallo Companies portfolio. This role includes overseeing the leade-up, managing resident relations, handling inquiries and service requests, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Residential Property Manager will manage lease agreements, renewals, and lease administration, monitor property conditions, and collaborate with maintenance staff to resolve issues promptly. Additional responsibilities include rent collection, basic budgeting support, reporting occupancy and performance metrics, enforcing community policies, and aligning property operations with company standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and internal teams. Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining accurate lease documentation. Proficiency in Property Management practices, such as rent collection, unit inspections, and vendor coordination. Organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through on resident and property needs. Comfort with property management software and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases). Knowledge of fair housing laws and residential property regulations, or willingness to learn and maintain compliance. Ability to work on-site in Sterling Heights, MI, and manage occasional evening or weekend responsibilities as needed. Previous experience in residential property management or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or coursework are a plus. Previous lease-up experience is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
