Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments with clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on issues such as conflict resolution, grief and loss, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Facilitating effective communication among family members to resolve conflicts and improve relationships.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment methods and therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records as required by state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Participating in peer supervision and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and expertise.

• Contributing to team meetings and case discussions to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Common issues you will address include:

• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and parent-child communication difficulties

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with previous clinical experience in family therapy and a flexible approach to scheduling are preferred. We welcome newly licensed therapists as well as those with extensive experience in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
