Responsibilities: * This may be a modified shift position with crew/shift certification required, allowing you to contribute to mission success around the clock. * Provide technical solutions to complex mission management problems, leveraging your expertise to overcome challenges and ensure mission objectives are met. * Work with minimal supervision, following established procedures while demonstrating the ability to determine new solutions to mission situations, showcasing your problem-solving skills and adaptability. * Interact with multiple customers, both on and off-site, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. * Undergo a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, upholding the highest standards of security and integrity. * Perform activities involving the production and execution of Mission Plans, Schedules, and activities associated with operation, tasking, and tuning of mission assets, ensuring optimal resource utilization. * Develop detailed plans and procedures to provide maximum mission support in areas such as system collection, mission execution, and performance analysis and optimization, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Build schedules based on detailed plans to optimize mission execution, ensuring timely and efficient resource allocation. Qualifications: Required: * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph, demonstrating your commitment to security and your ability to handle sensitive information. * Strong communication skills, highly motivated, and mission/team oriented, allowing you to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. * Ability to communicate effectively with local senior management and remote personnel, ensuring clear and concise communication across all levels. * Ability to work in a high-stress near-real-time environment and demands foresight and strong technical skills, showcasing your resilience and adaptability. * Capable of working with multiple computer software applications simultaneously, demonstrating your technical proficiency and multitasking abilities. * Experience in any or all of the following systems: UNIX, web-based applications, operational chat rooms, SUN and/or Linux workstations, satellites and payload configurations, showcasing your diverse technical expertise. * Previous certification in mission management disciplines, satellite operations, or SIGINT experience, highlighting your specialized knowledge and skills. * Prior DoD SIGINT Analyst and Reporting experience desirable, demonstrating your understanding of mission analysis and reporting Desired: * Strong communication skills, personal initiative, and team orientation, allowing you to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. * Ability to communicate effectively with local senior management and remote personnel, ensuring clear and concise communication across all levels. * Ability to work in a high-stress near-real-time environment and demands foresight and strong technical skills, showcasing your resilience and adaptability. * Capable of working with multiple computer software applications simultaneously, demonstrating your technical proficiency and multitasking abilities. * Previous certification in mission management disciplines or SIGINT analysis, highlighting your specialized knowledge and skills. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
