Validate invoice data using OCR tools, research non‑PO invoices, and apply correct GL coding to maintain compliance. Reconcile vendor statements, identify unprocessed or aged invoices, and resolve discrepancies with clear documentation. Set up and maintain vendor records, including onboarding new vendors and managing account details. Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve accounts payable workflows.
