What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care using the nursing process within established standards
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies for diverse patient populations
Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise nursing staff as a team leader
Document and evaluate patient care data to promote quality outcomes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare laws and standards
Maintain safety and infection control protocols in a healthcare environment

What You Need

Current Louisiana RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum 2 years of relevant medical-surgical nursing experience
Proficiency in clinical documentation and healthcare software
Effective communication and organizational skills
