Ultimate Staffing Services seeks an experienced HR Partner for a fast-paced, onsite, temporary full-time role in Saratoga, CA. The HR Partner will collaborate with HR leadership on employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is self-directed, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
