Call Center Representative

Adecco is assisting a leading company in recruiting for a Call Center Representative in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering $13.50 per hour , with a hybrid work model available after completion of training . Responsibilities Provide professional and efficient customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. Assist customers by phone and through other communication channels as required. Accurately document customer interactions and information using company systems. Follow established procedures and meet customer service and performance expectations. Maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs. Requirements 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets . Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional verbal and written proficiency in both languages. Ability to commit to a 40-hour workweek within the designated operating hours. Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills. Compensation & Schedule $13.50 per hour Temp-to-Hire 40-hour workweek, Monday through Sunday, with schedules between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM . 24/7 operational environment; weekends, holidays, overtime, and Daylight Saving Time changes may apply based on business needs. First 4 months onsite for training; no PTO allowed during training. Hybrid work model after successful completion of training.
