Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience supporting construction projects. This individual will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and properly documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day construction project coordination
• Maintain project schedules, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and clients
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, permits, and project closeout documentation
• Track project timelines, materials, deliverables, and outstanding action items
• Schedule meetings and maintain organized project files and records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of construction project coordination experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction/project management software experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23-$26/hour
