Direct Marketing Associate / Canvassing Representative Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year – plus commission and incentive bonuses based on performance. Schedule: 7 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and spending time outdoors. You will be responsible for door‑to‑door outreach in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire area to introduce Renewal by Andersen’s window and door solutions. Responsibilities Knock on doors and connect with homeowners to introduce Renewal by Andersen’s products. Work independently in assigned neighborhoods using company tools to track leads and territory data. Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and product knowledge. Share ideas to improve canvassing strategies and customer engagement. Attend team meetings and stay up to date on promotions and best practices.
