Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to craft comprehensive protection plans for new and existing clients.

Build and cultivate a referral network within the local Middletown community to drive sustained growth.

Provide expert guidance on complex coverage matters, ensuring clients feel confident and well-informed.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions to ensure personalized, high-quality service.

Collaborate with the broader team to identify new insurance products that meet shifting local demands.

Represent our agency at local networking events and professional gatherings to maintain a strong public presence.

Requirements

Active Connecticut Property Casualty Insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.

Strong command of agency management systems and quoting software.

Clear and articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person consultations.

Deep understanding of the Connecticut insurance market and regional risk profiles.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients independently.
