WHAT YOU'LL DO This is a highly impactful, detail-driven role that serves as the operational backbone between accounting, project teams, and leadership. You’ll manage purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing, and timekeeping while supporting accounts payable and coordinating travel logistics across multiple locations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial tracking, timely billing, and seamless operational support—including handling urgent, time-sensitive travel needs.
