Phoenix Pro Connect is working with a luxury goods company that is looking to hire a VP of Digital Marketing.

Position Overview:

As VP of Digital Marketing. , you will be pivotal in driving the digital vision, strategy, and execution of the company's digital product portfolio. This role requires expertise in luxury or high-end brand goods industries to ensure alignment with ultra-premium standards. You will develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances the customer journey and supports broader sales, marketing, and growth objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will craft a detailed digital roadmap and lead its successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision:
• Develop and articulate a clear digital product vision and transformation strategy tailored to luxury or high-end brand standards.
• Identify market opportunities, assess customer needs, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform product roadmaps.
• Team Leadership:
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance expertise in managing luxury-focused digital products.
• Digital Product Oversight:
• Oversee digital product performance, ensuring optimal user experiences that reflect luxury brand expectations.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, aligning stakeholder needs with technical feasibility and customer value.
• Data-Driven Enhancements:
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine digital offerings.
• Leverage customer insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement in engagement and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with marketing, sales, and development teams to align on product strategies, requirements, and launch plans.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.

Key Requirements:

• Industry Experience:
• Proven experience working in luxury or high-end brand goods industries.
• Experience:
• 10+ years in digital product management, with a successful track record in launching and scaling digital products.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams in digital strategy or transformation roles.
• Expertise:
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of user experience design and agile project management methodologies.
• Leadership Skills:
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• A collaborative approach to driving innovation and ensuring alignment with luxury brand values.
• Education:
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

Work Environment:

• Location: This hybrid role is based in South Florida, with up to 15-20% domestic and international travel.
