Phoenix Pro Connect is working with a luxury goods company that is looking to hire a VP of Digital Marketing.

As VP of Digital Marketing, you will be pivotal in driving the digital vision, strategy, and execution of the company's digital product portfolio. This role requires expertise in luxury or high-end brand goods industries to ensure alignment with ultra-premium standards. You will develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that enhances the customer journey and supports broader sales, marketing, and growth objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will craft a detailed digital roadmap and lead its successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear digital product vision and transformation strategy tailored to luxury or high-end brand standards.
• Identify market opportunities, assess customer needs, and analyze the competitive landscape to inform product roadmaps.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance expertise in managing luxury-focused digital products.
• Oversee digital product performance, ensuring optimal user experiences that reflect luxury brand expectations.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, aligning stakeholder needs with technical feasibility and customer value.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine digital offerings.
• Leverage customer insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement in engagement and performance.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and development teams to align on product strategies, requirements, and launch plans.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Develop and implement SEO and digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive traffic growth.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, user engagement, and ROI.
• Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and adaptation within the team.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working in luxury or high-end brand goods industries.
• 10+ years in digital product management, with a successful track record in launching and scaling digital products.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams in digital strategy or transformation roles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of user experience design and agile project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• A collaborative approach to driving innovation and ensuring alignment with luxury brand values.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

Work Environment:

• Location: This hybrid role is based in South Florida, with up to 15–20% domestic and international travel.
