Director of Business Development

Job Opportunity
We need someone with direct experience selling consulting / accounting / BPO services to the middle / lower middle market with a track record exceeding quotas and driving recurring revenues. With this in mind, see below for qualifications necessary to achieve our needs.
Qualifications:
- Five+ years of consulting and/or BPO sales experience with knowledge of accounting, finance, analytics and digital solutions
- Exceptional track record of selling at the c-level, closing deals, and achieving sales quotas
- Ability to build a sales organization, develop a sales strategy and sales culture, design sales compensation plan, and lead sales team
- Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and client delivery teams
- Adept at operating within a team-oriented environment
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Superb communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Located in a major Eastern or Central U.S. city with the ability to travel
