Client Engagement Manage all client communications, including greeting members, coordinating event logistics, and giving tours. Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, point of sale, and CRM platform management. Community Outreach Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to enhance our presence and impact.
