The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense litigation support within a law firm environment. This role requires excellent organizational, research, and drafting skills, as well as the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, manage logistics etc) Aid attorneys and provide assistance where needed Gather relevant information from a variety of sources Skills: Experience with Discovery, managing cases, and correspondence Conducting legal research to find precedents that support a lawyer’s arguments in court Assisting with court hearings, trials, mediations and depositions Drafting legal documents such as affidavits, motions, subpoenas, settlement agreements, pleadings, discovery requests, and wills Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail Extensive computer and database expertise Family Law experience a plus Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification **This position is in-office** Interested in hearing more?
