Senior Data Engineer Role
Massive Rocket is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (CDP) to design and optimize Snowflake environments and customer data foundations that drive CRM, personalization, and audience activation. This role focuses on transforming fragmented customer data into actionable insights and scalable engagement strategies using cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Snowflake data models to support customer engagement, reporting, and audience activation.
- Build and optimize customer-level data structures for segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Translate customer engagement requirements into scalable Snowflake models and CDP-ready schemas.
- Create and maintain pipelines for syncing customer data into downstream tools like Braze and Hightouch.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure data supports business use cases.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, modeling, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with customer data platforms and identity resolution.
- Proficiency in SQL and dbt, with the ability to design scalable data models.
- Familiarity with consent management and customer data governance.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
